Light
- Low light 3+ mol Copes
- Medium light 6+ mol Copes
- Bright indirect 10+ mol Best
- Direct sun 12+ mol
Prefers bright indirect light and copes with lower light better than most succulents. An east or west window with a few hours of direct sun is ideal; a south window may need a sheer curtain.
Direct sun: a little gentle morning sun is fine.
On our scale it grows well from about 10 mol/m²/day and holds on down to roughly 0.5 (how these numbers are set).
Care
Care level: Easy. Water: Let the soil dry out completely between waterings; water roughly weekly in summer and less in winter.
In too little light the leaves stretch and lose their color.
